I'm sure someone will point you to a way you can do it on your server, but
if you think the user can edit a file (g), simply have them edit their
hosts file in the windows directory and add a line that has the IP
at your end a tab and then www.theirdomain.com

Now they'll see their site at YOUR RaQ and not their old site.

Try it yourself...you'll exactly how it works.
