You can telnet to the Raq and open the users mailbox in the editor of choice
and remove the messages. I beleive there should be a space in there between
messages. Make sure you don't leave too much white space though, it can
give problems with the download. User's mail directory is
/home/spool/mail/<username> if it helps.

Mail they are receiving?
You could download their mail file. Edit it and replace it.
Or, using Telnet, I believe you could delete individual messages just
looking at the headers.
A google.com search should find instructions on how to check mail via
Telnet.
