Two choices (I use to do that, but it doesn't mean that they are the
perfect choices):

1-
su - username  (su to the username)
using "pine" or "mail" or whatever mail client you preffer, delete the
requested mails.

2-
Install Webmin ( http://www.webmin.com/webmin ) go to the sendmail
module inside the users mailboxes section you'll be able to delete
mails.

Of course there are many other ways. 

I you think that installing webmin is a hard task, contact me off list
