I've been with them for four months. I have a RaQ4 with them for a little
over a £100 a month - inexpensive by anyone's standards. Frankly, business
has taken off because of the move to a dedicated server - I only wish I
didn't take the plunge earlier! It's great offering facilities and service
beyond merely designing a site - but there is a much greater measure of
responsibility too.

As for Webfusion...

You're most likely to need Webfusion support at the very beginning, or the
first time you do a particular procedure with the RaQ -their support staff
can be very hit and miss. Aside from an initial cock-up not setting my
account up properly they've been great and have gone beyond the call of
duty. However, their network does indeed suffer from outages more frequently
than many hosts, despite all the guff about about resiliency and peering.

If your business takes off you would do well to know what your next moves
would be - I don't intend to stay with Webfusion for ever, but right now,
for lightly loaded web hosting with a few extra trimmings and a lot of
control they're very good for the money.
