I feel that statement is a little harsh.

I wouldn't say there customer support is poor, I think it is a little
stretched at
the moment in light of recent DDOS attacks and router problems.

I must admit everytime I have emailed or phoned them they have been very
helpful in resolving
many of my issues, I also would like to add that there knowledge of cobalt
Raq's is very good.

I don't understand how you can say they have no knowledge of Raq's as they
have helped me on a
number of issues, what type of problems were you asking them to help with ?.
I am not suggesting
they get everything right all of the time, but in most cases they do seem to
do their best.

I am a little worried over recent levels of network outages which is one of
my main concerns, but
I have been assured that there are things in the pipeline like bandwidth
upgrades etc which will resolve
hopefully many of these issues.

In all fairness I would give Webfusion an 8/10 but remember who else in the
UK do you turn to with dedicated
Raq's ?? UK2NET ? VERIO? Magic Moments ?? maybe, but the cost is much higher
but is the support any better ?

I leave you with my own thoughts.
