You have a RaQ4 (i? r?)
If you inherited the machine, I would do a Restore before
I did anything. Then
and you should look at "Maintenance -> Install Software
to see what is installed.
Then go to http://www.cobalt.com/support/download/raq4.eng.html

You can probably start with RaQ4-en-OSUpdate-1.0.pkg
and work your way up the page.
