Step 2 (after using the Restore CD) should be to
install ipchains. portsentry, and logcheck
Search for them at google.com
Then do the Cobalt updates.
These guys can get into your server, before you are done updating.
If possible I would download all the required software with my PC
and use a local area network to update the RaQ. (keep the RaQ off the Internet)
