Suggest you install only one package at a time, then test carefully
before installing more. This is always good practice so you'll know what
screwed you later on.
Also suggest you call Cobalt and (politely) explain to them that your
dead server is their fault and they should help you fix it.
Don't know enough to help you directly, though.
