I see these as a result of forms using the GET method where the resulting
url is something akin to:
http://www.site.com/scriptname.ext?var=value&var2=value2&var3=value3...  I
believe that it pukes at 255+ characters, so if you are using this method to
send, say a contact's name & address info, you could easily blow through
this.  Near as I can tell, it simply ignores this entry and continues
processing normally.  Turning debug info on will show you the offending
entry(s) if you care to chase them down...
