Or simply remove the init script that starts the admin http server -/
Unfortunatly on the newer machines , most of the user data is in a
database, so this presents more of a problem...(i really am not partial to
that design, i don't consider a database to be any where near as reliable
as plain filesystem data...and it's much more of a pain to repair)
