How about PortSentry/Logcheck/Tripwire?

 Webalizer
 PHP / MySQL
 FrontPage
 OS Restore CD
 Command line basics (links to other sites?)
 Security basics
 Passwords - admin vs. root, "retrieving".
 BIND / DNS
 Log rotation

Any other suggestions?
