Let's face it, "search the archives" is a sub-optimal reply, 
compared to "go to www.somehost.com/cobalt-users-faq.html".

Apart from the archive search being annoyingly clunky, in 
my (limited) experience, a "proper" FAQ would show newbies
what else "we" don't want to get asked about.

So let's start by getting at least a list of subject areas
that seem to crop up repeatedly.  I'll kick off with:

 Mail relaying
 Webalizer
 PHP / MySQL
 FrontPage
 OS Restore CD
 Command line basics (links to other sites?)
 Security basics
 Passwords - admin vs. root, "retrieving".
 BIND / DNS
 Log rotation

Any other suggestions?
