Hmm, yeah, I think secure ping was intenden primarily to be a 'restricted'
ping , for people who suid it so users can use it, i only let root use it
anyhow ;0

BOFH:97 If you think the network is broken, email me.

The newest ping seems to be getting patches for IPV6 , it's probably not
going to do very much helpfull for most folks...

(Still can't help wondering what his doesn't
 do that he expects it to tho)
