Not the same thing at all.

I have a name, a title of someone who is willing to evaluate the list of
requests, give feed back on the status, etc.

That's much different than reading the archives.

I KNOW who will read what i submit, I KNOW their job title(It's quite
appropriate for this situation).

So, I hope to get specific items to list

Of course, I could tell the person that nobody can think of a single thing
that can be changed...or, tell them to look in the archives.....
