The way I fix this problem is when I need to upload files to the
RAQ and I get the "permission denied" response I telnet in and
su to root, and chown the directory that I am ftp'ing into to
admin, then chown it back to whatever it was after I'm done. It
it a very annoying problem, and unfortunately, that is the only
fix I have found.

P.S. I really don't like this "bottom posting" thing, but if it
makes everyone else happy...
