Curtis,
I gave it a lot of time and after about 20 min it browser activity just
stops and nothing happens. I'm assuming that once it finds all files, that
it will prompt me to save the files to my local system. I never receive the
prompt. Could this have something to do with the fact that the server is
running two hard drives with RAID installed?

You have to be patient. It can take sometime depending on the size of
what your backing up. It has to do a locate and package before it starts
firing it off to your desktop.
