this has been covered frequently in the archives. The most common
problems on the Raq4 with Formmail have to do with a) people calling
the file as "formmail" instead of "FormMail," b) the /usr/lib/sendmail
variable MUST be changed to /usr/sbin/sendmail, c) it should be uploaded
in ASCII mode, d) must be CHMOD 755 -- if you have copied it off another
server previously, you should "resave" the file with UNIX line breaks in
your favorite text editor (NOT MS WORD) -- e.g., BBEdit or TextPad (or
even Notepad). The idea is to make sure there are no DOS line breaks. e)
make sure you're using v1.6 of FormMail and not 1.4/5 as they have some
inherent weirdness on newer servers.
