file types of the kind "cgi.exe" are Perl scripts which have been
processed with a "changer" application to make the Perl script run on
Windows NT servers. To run these scripts on a Cobalt RaQ (or likely any
Unix/Linux box), you need to find the original Perl script(s) that the
cgi.exe scripts were made from. We had a bunch of these once upon a
time, and before abandoning the evil NT empire, they were a major pain.
