Hi James !
Pretty simple. There are more ways to do it, but the easiest would be:
add one line to /etc/rc.d/rc.local
at the beginning. Don't do it at the end like some suggest, since the end
of the script is not always read:
pathToRealserver/Bin/rmserver pathToRealserver/rmserver.cfg
