[cobalt-users] server-wide cron-folder

Hi,

somedays ago there was a discussion on how to create a raq-wide cgi-bin
folder, but what do you think of a raq-wide cron-folder, just like the
cron.quarterly, etc.

Then every user could place scripts in that folder via his own ftp-login and
that scripts would be executed regularly...

Is that possible and does someone know how to do it?
