[cobalt-users] Can I move a CERF from one raq3 to another raq3???

I have a Raq3 that is almost dead.

/var is full and I can not gain telnet or console access
No it was not hacked. I get the login and password prompts
the system just rejects all usernames and passwords.

I have 5 sites on this server that have certs
I can get the request and key from the web interface
and copy and paste them into a request and key file.

QUESTION: 
Can I re-create these sites on another Raq3 and copy the key
and request files to the certs directory on the new server and
run some program to generate the certificate file?
