Don't use a Qube ... buy generic hardware and do your own thing. The point
of the Qube is that it is an appliance and comes pre-configured. Third
parties may produce products for the Qube, but owners shouldn't be updating
software components.
You are free to do it if you want, but IMHO you would be better off with
cheaper generic hardware and not pay for the GUI which you don't intend to
use.
