Like putting out new products and selling these "Cobalt Care PAQ" things
before taking care of current customers? Like taking forever to release
patches and updates? Like chalking up everything to a warranty violation?
Like NEVER updating the Knowledge Base? Like never thoroughly documenting
the patches you do release?
