Okay I'm not a programmer but I know a lot of you are and there was a
massive response on the list for a web based ability for .htaccess, So I'll
stick my neck on the block if someone (or many) out there will take up the
challenge, work with me to get this feature working and I'll work to get it
available as a pkg and credit whoever writes it.  Lets work together as a
community.  I'm not defending Cobalt there are features we have missed but
as always you can't please everyone all the time.  So if anyone is willing
to be more than a list contributor and put their skills to use for others
I'm happy to help from the inside in any way I can.

Please don't deluge my mail box with wish list requests, lets concentrate on
one thing at a time.
