Perhaps it would be of assistance if you could let us know:

What items Cobalt has inworks in terms of;
   Fixing known bugs
   Wishlist items under consideration

I believe a lot of us would feel a lot more comfortable if we knew that
specific fix was in the pipeline, and that an item on the wishlist was
actually under consideration.

It is most likely not productive to re-hash the long list of woes, but
rather a time for Cobalt to acknowledge the problems/requests, prioritize
them, inform their customer base, and establish a realistic schedule to
make items available to the customer base.

Given that, I belive that many of the list members with skills in
programming, system design, web hosting, beta testing and general
business sense would be more than interested in participating in
a well-defined project that has commitment from Cobalt to bring the
community together by solving known problems and improving the
operation of our systems.
