Hello all
do you know a RAQ 3 dedicated server provider which doesn't charge for the
support?
I have a server with a company and after the first free 30 days, they want
to charge for the support. You can open a ticket but they ask authorization
for charging the 'further investigation' about the troubles...
Does anybody know if there is some affordable service which offers support
'enclosed' in the server renting itself?
So far i have always purchased web hosting spaces and acrtually the support
has always been supplied by the contract for the whole period.
Any info will be greatly appreciated
