[cobalt-users] Cant login to admin interface

In our experience this could be for a number of reasons.

1) user is trying to go into /admin not /siteadmin (doh) give them a link
2) caps lock is on (another doh)
3) try reseting the password again (sometimes the db gets out of sync with
the system)
4) they are on a network where port81 is blocked.
5) DNS has not propagated yet.  (if they are getting cobalt access denied
this is not the case)
