As I understand it all sitemanagement data is stored in a Postgres
database. When the actual configuration does not match the
database entries I have used this tool succesfully to fix it.
ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/users/duncan/raq3/meta-verify.pl
Even though I have used it succesfully, using it is at your own risk.
If in doubt speak to Cobalt first.
