They spam me three to six times daily; I've just put in a filter to get
rid of it.  Their software has tons of bugs, is NOT as advertised, and
their tech support is impossible.  In fact there's NO way to reach a
human, and one of their products completely crashed my installation of
Microsoft Word (fortunately there was a fix for it on their website, as
there is NO human at the company at all).

I will NEVER buy one of their products again.  If they're the only
company that makes it and I absolutely need it, I'll make it myself or
do without.
