I don't own a RaQ and don't know how they are wired. I'm also just
getting started with sendmail. However, if the perception of the
unwashed if of use to you, it is my understanding that this is how
sendmail is *supposed* to work. It's certainly how I *want* my sendmail
to work.

Fortunately this has a quick solution. Unplug your phone so they don't
drive you nuts, then quickly create a list of who belongs to what domain
and add them.
I find this much more secure, too. People sending spam or virii will
have a much harder time guessing usernames in one domain than guessing
usernames on a server with 250 domains. For example, I'd lay good odds
that many servers have a "hans" or a "jsmith" or something common.
