[cobalt-users] permissions for write command?

Hello all,

	When I try to use the "write" command during a telnet
session, I always get a "write: /dev/ttyp0: Permission
denied" error unless I logged in as root.

	This is true even though "mesg is y" for the
non-priviledged accounts trying to send and receive.

	Can anyone tell me how to enable this function for user
level accounts? It's NOT apparent (at least to me) from man.
