Hi, all.
I'm a novice at installing CGI scripts on the Raq, and I've spent the last
hour or so trying to figure out why my CGI won't run. It's the config
script for Ultimate BB, and it gives an internal server error. CGI is
enabled on the virtual site, and I've checked the script (and done an FTP
transfer twice), to make sure it *is* pointing to /usr/bin/perl,
I seem to remember that when I had this problem on a managed server, the
admin told me that he had to install additional Perl libraries. But
nowhere in the Ultimate BBS doc does it say anything about this being
required.
Infopop (makers of UBB) say that this error is usually caused either by the
script being uploaded incorrectly, or by not being properly directed to
Perl. But I think I have that right.
Any help greatly appreciated!!
Thanks
Chip
