Everyone's already given you good answers Chip. In my experience the
most important is to make sure you've uploaded the UBB files (except for
the images) as ascii. Automatic just doesn't work at all, and binary
won't work for the perl files.
If you need further help you may contact me offlist; we've already
successfully installed UBB on a RaQ3.
