Since I was one of the folks that suggested an online database, with not a
lot of support, and have had many questions to the list go
unaswered...I'll make a suggestion(or series of them):
Instead of complaining about all the poor folks like me that pose a
question because we can't find the answer in the KB or archive(because
they are cumbersome and poorly designed and implimented) ... move towards
creating a repository of good information.
It just strikes me, especially since I offered to set up an online
database, that there's been way too much bandwidth taken up discussing how
things can't be done, why someone's suggestion isn't good, etc.
It's also interesting that some of the posts seem to be like dueling
banjos...one guru out guruing another one...complete with snide
references, and little real information about problem solving.
