Just have to chime in on this...
The Cobalt "Knowledge Base" seems to have shrunk from a good source of
information to a miniscule guide for newbies and even less for experienced
users trying to get help. There is very little on PHP, for example, and I
got NO MATCHES when I typed in PHP4.
What little there is quite useless, such as "Do you support PostgreSQL or
MySQL?" (yes, that is an actual question in the KB!)
This is the main reason I joined the list, because of the wealth of
information that the KB omits. The archives are invaluable.
As for the FAQ, I fully support it. With the KB a shadow of its former self,
it will prove to be a very valuable tool.
