No way he's gonna do this because you wrote a thoughtful piece on his
company (or what I am laughingly referring to as his "company")
His customers (end users who want websites) don't read this list
traffic. No slander if there are no individuals who can be harmed
materially by the words written or said.
I think that's characterized in an idiomatic way by the term; "No harm,
no foul"

Oh yeah??? Really?? I wonder what he's gonna do when about a million
people from the newsgroups

You patiently, consistently and articulately help fellow list members.
I am often astonished how much effort and care you put into your help
posts.
This will never see the inside of a courtroom, never mind a jury room!

You have friends, we're not without strategies to defend against this
litigous idiot who seriously needs to "get a life"

And yes, I probably wasted my time "flaming" someone who is not a
subscriber, but he learned of your post, he'll get to see mine too,
(albeit indirectly perhaps).
