It has everything to do with Cobalt.  It is facilities like these that 
house the boxes, for which Cobalt would not be in business without.  Any 
input that can be given to help with these types of questions sells more 
RaQs for Cobalt, and fills up more data centers, and ultimately allows 
those buying the services and RaQs the opportunity to conduct an 
efficient, inexpensive business.
