Was this a brand new 4i or was it new to you? Reason I am asking is
some times when we reload new raqs from the CDs we get this error, a
new reload fixes the problem.
Also make sure all of your configuration information is correct, most
importantly the ip/netmask combination. I believe having them set
incorrectly can cause errors like this. I haven't test it though.
