[cobalt-users] Raq 4i - internal server error or misconfiguration

Hi,

I just bought a Raq new 4i and mounted it in the rack of my service provider.

When I access the server by it's IP address, I keep getting the setup screen. I 
double-checked everything (host, domain, IP, subnet, def. gateway, etc.). 

When I click on save changes I can access the 'normal' admin screen but it 
keeps telling me: "The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration 
and was unable to complete your request."

What could be wrong and waht can I do about it?
