Disclaimer: I have a Qube2, not a RaQ. So I can only give you theory;
nevertheless, it's accurate theory.

Primary DNS is the machine that gets hit first; secondary nameservers get
hit if the primary is down. TOTALLY APART FROM THAT is master and slave DNS.
Master DNS is the one with all the individual records configured (the fact
that your master is usually also your primary is coincidental but useful).

Right now, your primary DNS is also your master DNS. You need to simply tell
the second RaQ to "Add secondary lookup" or something like that for each
domain, and tell it where the master server is. You'll do this once for each
domain. From then on, the slave server will download all DNS info for those
domains from the master and be ready to serve them if someone asks.
