I just recently had a great deal of difficulties with changing the DNS and
NS with the .com people. My suggestions to you is to ensure that the Name
Servers (both primary and secondary) are correct in every way. Check to make
sure your SOA of each domain on the RaQ is correct before requesting a
change at the registrar - If your Name Server does not answer the registrar
it will not allow you to make the changes you want.

Start at the "Site Management" section and make sure that both Name Server
addresses are listed as Virtual Sites, with the correct IP address.

Next, check that the DNS of both the primary and secondary name server
addresses are present in the DNS section (Control Panel > Domain Name System
(DNS) Server > Parameters > Select Domain or Network). Each should be
pointing to their correct IP address with an "A" Record and "PTR" record.

Make sure you click the "Save changes to the DNS server" and again "Save
Changes" at the control Panel. This will restart the server to update the
changes.

The changes you make to these sections will need 24 hours to propagate
through the Internet. But the registrar will ping the server's IP address
you supply when you make the changes with them to ensure that your server is
listening.

Hope that helps. That's what I've been doing for the last three days -
waiting to see if the changes were correct.
