[cobalt-users] Desperate with NameServers/DNS problem.

Hello,

I just started leasing an Raq4 for three weeks ago and the nameservers seems to not exist.
That meens the nameservers is ns1.properformance.no (212.67.194.179) and ns2.properformance.no (212.67.194.180).
The domain properformance.no is currently hosted another place.

Im operating from Norway and i therefore doing the search and testing at www.norid.no homepage.
Then performing an whois for the nameserveres they appear in the ripe database with handles.
But then trying ping them they is not existing......

I have set up one domain in the dns and before I can register it and get it working the namservers need to answar.

I have used more then 4 houers in the telephone explaining the problem to the WebFusion helpdesk, but they mainly blaming
the Norwegian operators of .no domains Norid.

Personaly I belive some of the setup is wrong in the server, but I dont know !
But some place I need to start because help from my experts In renting from im not belive in.
