Hi,
You need to put:
host name as: www2
domain name as: domain.com.
Then uncheck the accept web/email for that domain and it will work fine.
In the DNS Just add a single A record:
Host: www2
Domain: domain.com
IP: IP Address
Then add an mx record if you want mail e.t.c
