Can anyone assist? Is this the correct way to allow my clients to create
and admin their own database? Thanks you for your help in advance.

I'm trying to setup mySQL with phpMyAdmin as well <first db>.. When you
create the database with the above statement, do you include the single
quotes around the 'username'@'domain.com' and 'password', or do you drop
them?
Also, what's the difference between using the actual domain name vs. using
"localhost" if the domain is on the same machine?
Thanks!
