Hey Brian...
My suggestion is to get the Raq4 users manual from the cobalt site, and look
at the end of Appendix D, page 197. It has a step by step walkthrough of how
to setup exactly what you requested.... it sets up www.domain.com,
domain.com and both as email, complete with reverse lookup records.
Also, I had a domain just drop dead on me last night. Ended up deleting DNS
entries and redoing, then rebooting server... All seemed ok after that.

Not real sure what is going on with one of our servers but its a RAQ and the
DNS appears to be correct however its not working .. it does resolve to the
web address Ok .. however it does not appear to take mail .. HELP!
