[cobalt-users] shell account availability in NL anyone?

Hi Gang;
I'm about to relocate to the Netherlands from the US. I have a small
(2-2.5MB) amount of stuff tarred and gzipped on my personal box here in
the Sates, but ideally I'd like to begin preparations by setting up a
shell account on a .nl machine.
Can anyone provide info on availability of shell accounts (free is nice
of course, but whatever it costs...it costs)
As a follow-up question, can anyone sketch out costs for colocating a
qube or RAQ in .nl, and what is invloved from the beaurocratic
standpoint? (Registration info for starters, and any other necessary
stuff that may have to be accomplished)
