Ummm, I'm in the process of learning Dutch, and the way I read it is an
MLM proposal. He sends out information, and for each person who signs up
he gets (wins) 75 guilders. If people in his downstream sign someone else
up, he gets 40 guilders. (I *think*) but some of it is colloquial and a
bit hard for me to understand.
If one of our .nl friends could take a look at this and email me off-list
to tell me where I'm wrong (because I'm *sure* some of it is wrong) I'd be
grateful.
