to constantly account for this space, SWIP allocations to customers, you 
name it... There is an administrative side that has a cost.  

It looks like the last bastion of service on the net today, ie., colo is 
now slowly becoming a commodity just like dialup and hosting before it.  
Too many companies seem hell bent on giving away services to build client 
base which really phucks with the market.  This seems to set off an heir 
of ignorance among consumers when trying to compare/shop for services.  
It is not really the consumers fault, but the part of the industry itself.

As always, you get what you pay for!
