RE: [cobalt-users] Re: mysql

phpMyAdmin can be set up as a central MySQL manager with advanced
authentication enabled. This works great to give your user access to only
the database(s) they should have access to. You find the directions at the
very bottom of the phpMyAdmin Docs.

I just finished this up on my Raq2 & I highly recommend it.

Hope that helps,
Mike

Subject: [cobalt-users] Re: mysql

On the RAQ3 or RAQ4, what is the easiest way for a client to manage their
own mysql databases? Would it be possible to install phpMyAdmin in their web
directory?

being a non mysql man, what would it take to all each person who wanted to
manage their own database, to give them access to do that?

Thanks
Gary
