You get what you pay for. If you take a rock-bottom price, it's
very likely you'll end up spending more time making excuses to
your customers than being engaged in productive work.

I've used Skynetweb.com, and they are reliable, though I haven't
used one of their raqs, only a unix box. Their prices are also
quite reasonable. I think their basic RAQ is around $150 a month.

At the moment I'm using Hispeed for a RAQ3i - and I'd recommend
them highly. I haven't noticed any downtime since I've been with
them, and that's been for the best part of a year. They'd also
taken care of the bugs/patches *before* they delivered the
machine, so my RQA3i has worked flawlessly all that time. Your
milage may vary if you go for a raq4, I doubt all the bugs have
been ironed out for that one yet.
